Correspondence of Nancy Farley [manuscript] 1944-1959.

Farley writes to G. Kent Hammond regarding life in New York City in 1944 and briefly mentions her roommate Eudora Welty. In letters to Farley, Ella Somerville writes regarding her Christmas and mentions Elizabeth Spencer, Welty, John Robinson, and a Christmas party at the Faulkners; and Robinson thanks her for a present, discusses life near Frankfurt in 1959, makes plans for a visit, and mentions Welty and her caring for her mother. The round pond, a short story by Robinson is included [13 p. typescript 27.5 cm.].
